2) PayPal payment by credit card will incur a 5.5% surcharge on the entire transaction. PayPal payments sent from any country outside the USA will incur a 2% surcharge on the entire transaction. PayPal to PayPal direct account payment (except for foreign 2% surcharge) or any other payment type will incur no additional surcharge.

3) Too many personal checks have already bounced and the ToyBum has been left with the bank fees to pay, so personal checks are not accepted for any reason.

4) Payment must be received in 10 days (USA). Foreign payments must be received in 14 days. If the ToyBum does not receive a valid reason from you as to why your payment cannot be received within that time period, the ToyBum will then have the right (under ToyBum law) to sell your item to another party.

5) Payment(s) will be accepted in USA currency/funds ONLY, no matter what type of payment venue is used to remit payment.
 

Shipping & Handling:

1) If you are going to purchase any item or item(s), the ToyBum must first know your exact mailing address before he can quote you an accurate shipping cost.

2) All items (whether they are foreign or USA mailing addresses) will quoted using USA Postal rates and sent to you using the US Postal Service, unless the ToyBum decides that a different venue of shipping will get your item(s) to you more securely. You will then of course be notified of the ToyBum's suggestion of shipping venue.

3) If you want to use another shipping company (such as UPS, FedEx, etc.) even though USA Postal is sufficient, the ToyBum can also quote you those rates. Overnight or two "business day" delivery for your item(s) is/are also available.


Shipping & Insurance:

If your item(s) is/are completely lost or damaged in shipping the packet(s) to you, it then is the shipping company's responsibility. Once the item has left the ToyBum's hands and there is breakage or loss in shipping, claims are made by you at your end with the shipper and ONLY if you have purchased shipping insurance.

Please be assured that your item(s) will be wrapped securely and with the utmost care, just as the ToyBum would like it done for himself. The ToyBum is a collector with almost 30 years experience who has collected/bought/traded/sold some of the finest toys and collectables that the world has to offer. He knows how VERY important protective and proper packaging is, so every item you purchase from him is personally wrapped and packaged. Please understand however, that the ToyBum is not responsible for any breakage or loss after your item(s) has/have left him and is/are on the way to you. If you are concerned about breakage or loss, you may want to purchase "shipping insurance" from the carrier (USA Postal Service or otherwise), being used to ship your item(s) to you.
